Standing Meeting

When we present ourselves as experts, it's important to define what that means to us. Everyone who is associated with Newey & Co. comes to us with financial services experience, either within the recruitment field or the industry side and, more typically, both.

Your search will always be led by a professional who has a minimum of 10 years - and typically more - of experience in recruitment consulting, and a team that has no less than 15 years of financial services experience.

And because there are times when we all need to take a collective step back to see the big picture and have our assumptions challenged, we are honoured to have the guidance of our talented and highly regarded Advisory Board, that ensures that we are being the best that we can be for you, our clients.

SIX THINGS THAT ENERGIZE

US.

Searches can be challenging, but certain things keep us pushing forward. We are energized by our ability to do a
great job for our clients, solving their problems, giving back, and working together in a respectful and collaborative way to find solutions.

Our values
Hand Pile of Happy Group

1. SHARING

We believe that that world would be a better place if we all shared more. We believe in sharing our interlinked expertise in recruitment and financial services and also in appreciating what others bring to the table.

In addition to sharing our knowledge and experiences, Newey & Co. shares its good fortune - and contributes 5% of all profits to Canadian registered charities that concentrate on health, safety and education for children and other vulnerable populations.

2. VALUE CREATION

Value creation, to us, means that our clients and other stakeholders are better off for having worked with us.

They found a great new team member whom they wouldn't have otherwise found. They found a best-fit candidate who contributes to their team in less time than it would otherwise have taken. They had an advocate for their firm who helped the candidate pool better understand the value in an opportunity.

6. FAIRNESS

We believe that employees and employers are both better off if they each come away with a fair deal. It creates mutual confidence and long-lasting relationships based on trust, which saves time and money for all, and leaves both sides feeling energized. As our clients' representative, we don't take advantage of situations or people to close a deal, as our reputation as a trusted advisor and experienced consultant is our calling card. We encourage the same from all of our stakeholders.
